PACKING
Team Air Express offer both on and off-site packing and case making facilities. We provide sturdy boxes made from tri-wall cardboard, timber-framed plywood crates, battened timber cases and metal drums, all built to provide the protection your goods need for transportation by air, road or sea.
Dry Ice packing: As specialists in the movement of frozen seafood we have a vast selection of thick Styrofoam boxes ready to be packed with dry ice to ensure the contents are continually frozen over a maximum timescale. All packing is done on-site to ensure that the goods achieve an extended shipping time.
Controlled temperature packing: Thick Styrofoam boxes are packed with gel bags to ensure the temperature is controlled over a maximum timescale. All packing is done on site to achieve an extended shipping time.
Hazardous packing: As the movement of hazardous becomes more restricted it is important to ensure that the packing, labelling and paperwork is correct to avoid any security breaches. Working to IATA and IMDG standards we have the experience required to generate dangerous goods notes and supply UN specification inners, boxes and drums.
Fine Art Packing: High value items require care and attention. Our vehicles are kitted to securely carry the goods to our packing centre where expert packers and case makers will ensure your work of art receives the upmost attention and is packed to the highest specification.
Case Making: We specialise in the construction of custom-made packaging and cases for the transportation of valuable goods, if you need a purpose-built casing in order to protect individual or multiple goods during export, look no further.
Re-useable cases: These can be supplied for your goods enabling you to move them to various destinations. This is an ideal service for demonstration products and exhibition material.
All timber is heat-treated to ISPM 15 standard to meet international regulations and has been marked accordingly.
